Trivandrum: In case of cyber financial fraud, the complaint should be reported to the toll-free helpline number 155260 as soon as possible (maximum 48 hours). Complaints received at the call center should be reported to the concerned bank authorities through the National Cyber ​​Crime Portal and prevented from being transferred to the Cyber ​​Police Station.

It is also possible to register a complaint and take legal action against the culprits. Victims of cyber financial scams can lodge their complaints from any part of the state at this 24-hour call center at the police headquarters.
