Bageshwar: In the monthly crime seminar organized in the police station Kapkot, the necessary guidelines were given by the Superintendent of Police to the station in-charges regarding the prevention of crimes and the upcoming assembly elections, etc.

On 18-11-2021, in Kapkot police station, Mr. Amit Srivastava, IPS Superintendent of Police, District Bageshwar, monthly crime seminars of Circle Officer, all Police Stations/Outposts, Police Lines, Stationary Unit Bageshwar and Fire Service in-charge were taken.

In the seminar, a conference of subordinate police officers/employees was first organized by the Superintendent of Police, Bageshwar. In which the police personnel was asked about their departmental, personal / family problems and during this time necessary instructions were given to the concerned for speedy disposal of the problems pointed out by the police personnel.

After that, the Superintendent of Police reviewed the crimes of the last month and timely disposal of pending investigations/accusations, complaint applications, and summons/warrants, etc. in the police stations to the station in charge and speedy arrest of the accused wanted in the charges and the missing persons. He was directed to take immediate action for the search. In view of the upcoming assembly elections, necessary instructions were given to the police station in-charges regarding taking maximum preventive and verification proceedings, etc.

Instructions were given to all the in-charges to run awareness campaigns under the police station area and to give information to the people regarding helpline numbers and mobile apps of Uttarakhand Police.

In the seminar, Area Officer Kapkot, Inspector of Police Line Bageshwar, Inspector in-charge, Kotwali Bageshwar, Inspector-in-Charge, Kotwali Bageshwar, All Police Station/Outpost In-charge, All Branch In-charge, In-charge Fire Service Bageshwar, Kapkot, Garud, and other officers/employees were present.
