CHENNAI, SEPTEMBER 10: The railway Police following several complaints it received cracked down on auto rickshaw and taxi drivers for fleecing passengers. Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel apprehended 11 persons at Chennai Central for canvassing passengers at platforms and in other areas within station limits, in a special drive conducted yesterday. Police said, all of them were produced before the railway court and were fined Rs 1000 each.]]>
