Agra Police appreciated for arresting accused and given cash rewards

AGRA: An illegal weapons factory was raided by the Aliganj police and they recovered 10 country-made weapons. The police arrested the accused Sudhir Kumar. According to police, the weapons that were manufactured by Kumar was sold at Rs.5000/- each. He was caught within the Gewar Asdullapur Aliganj police jurisdiction at 5.10a.m.  

The police team, which comprised of seven members led by Inspector Mr. Pramod Kumar of Aliganj, were awarded with a sum of Rs.10, 000/- for apprehending the criminal, Sudir Kumar. During the raid, the police team recovered heavy equipment that is used in the making of weapons and a couple of cartridges. He was booked under the Arms Act.
