Chhattisgarh Police gun down Naxals in encounter

Chhattisgarh: As the Chattisgarh Police were conducting a search operation in Dhamtari district in the forest area of Mechka village an encounter broke out between the Naxals and the police personal. In the encounter, at least four Naxals were killed and the police recovered seven weapons from the site of the encounter. As per the inputs received a search operation has been launched to nab the Naxals present in the area by the joint team of Special Task Force (STF) and Border Security Force (BSF), The Inspector General (IG) of the Raipur range, Mr. Anand Chabra, said.  ]]>
