Police booked men for the abduction and gang-rape

KOTA: Two men hailing from Baran District have been booked for the abduction and gang-rape of a 19-year-old girl by the Khanpur police of Jhalawar district. The family of the victim had lodged her missing report on June 4. The survivor managed to escape from the captivity and reached home on Thursday. She belonged to a Dalit family. The survivor victim of abduction and gang-raped on reaching home narrated her ordeal to the family. According to which she was kidnapped and dragged by two men last month. She was taken to several places in Jaipur, Baran, Kota and other cities where the accused repeatedly raped her for their sexual gratification. On Thursday, the survivor managed to escape from the captivity in Jaipur. As soon as, she escaped from the place she informed her father and asked him to rescue her from the place. Police have been deployed at suspected locations and efforts are on to nab the accused, the Station House Officer said. Considerable efforts would be undertaken for arresting those two culprits, he added, assuring the Victim’s family.]]>
