Kaveri Kavalan App launched by DIG to contact Trichy police


Trichy: A new Mobile App called ‘Kaveri Kavalan’ has been launched at Trichy District Superintendent’s Office headed by Trichy Zonal DIG, Mr. Balakrishnan, IPS.

DIG Mr. Balakrishnan, IPS   told reporters: “The mobile app has been introduced to the people of Trichy today.

This application has been established to inform the police of the public in writing, through pictures, videos, personal grievances or general grievances.

This includes confidential information about illegal activities and their name, address and phone numbers to be kept safe. We have introduced this application in Trichy district first time.

We will soon be introduced in the districts of Trichy, Ariyalur, Perambalur, Pudukottai, and Karur. He said he would be introducing more new facilities in the coming months of the application.

The police are already deployed in the Kavalan for the protection of women, but this Kaveri Kavalan’ App has been set up exclusively for the people of Trichy. ”
