Kerala Police is taking efforts to educate people on cyber security

Kerala: Since the number of people using the internet are increasing rapidly over a period of time and almost all age groups have gained a great deal of knowledge in the Information Technology field and have learned to operate the internet. Crimes in the cyber field have increased and in order to educate the people about cyber-crimes, the Kerala Police is launching an E-Learning platform, titled “Kid Glove” which is a new Portal to empower students to be Cyber safe, in association with ISRA & the Australian e-Safety Commissioner. It is a novel step to educate students, teachers & parents on cybersecurity.

The Chief Minister of Kerala Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan did the inauguration in the presence of The DGP of Kerala Mr. Loknath Behera IPS, ADGP Headquarters Mr. Manoj Abraham IPS and the Australian E-Safety Commissioner Ms.Juli Inman Grant.
