Pune: The Maharashtra Police have been taking a lot of effort in developing a friendly relationship with the common man. In an effort towards achieving this goal, a ‘Friendship Sculpture’ depicting the relationship between a ‘common man’ and a policeman has been set up at the Police Research Center in Pune to ensure that the police are friends of the citizens. The sculpture was inaugurated by the Director-General of Police Mr. Subodh Kumar Jaiswal IPS.

This sculptor is to remind the police personal at all times that they should always be friendly towards the public and gain their goodwill. Through this, the police will be able to maintain the law and order and make many more achievements as the police will get the corporation from the citizens.
