ACP Ponjit Dowarah, of Jalukbari, Guwahati City, posted a photo of Shah Rukh Khan’s signature pose to convey traffic rules on Twitter which got thumbs up not only from Twitterati but also won praises from Khan for applying it for an appropriate cause. A police officer from Assam gave a different twist to Shah Rukh’s iconic pose on a poster urging citizens to follow traffic rules. Often youngsters use this move of the King Khan’s arms wide open to give love messages. The poster stated, “Traffic niyam ka kripaya palan kare” (Please obey the traffic rules) Khan shared on Twitter that it was the best message he thought this pose had conveyed and pleaded all to follow traffic rules. The Assam Police social media team moreover gave a twist to the famous dialogue of Kuch-kuch hota hai movie as “Traffic niyamon ka paalan nahin karne se kuch-kuch nahin, bahut kuch hota hai…" (Not something but a lot can happen when not following traffic rules) and thanked Khan for his support online.
