Home Guard who saved life felicitated by CP Rachakonda

Rachakonda: Mr. Manthri Eshwaraiah, age; 45 yrs, Occ; Home Guard officer-No.29. R/o; Pendyala village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy district.

He entered Government Service as Home Guard in 2000, he worked in various places such as Kandukur, Maheshwavaram, Ibrahimpatan and while he was working during duty, he works with utmost satisfaction to the people and officers. Now he has been working as in-charge at lake outpost, Saroornagar tank for 6 months while discharging duties he had rescued 6 persons and saved their lives and the details are as follows

1).On 27-03-2021 at 11:00 hrs, K Deepika W/o Ramu age: 20yrs, R/o Dilshuknagar near Sai Baba Temple

2) On 31-03-2021 at 16:00 hrs Santosh age: 40yrs R/o Kalvakurthy Handed over to Patrol-1 of Saroornagar PS

3) On 04-04-2020 at 10:00 hrs Shoba W/o Anji age: 25yrs, R/o Singareni Colony Handed over to husband Anji

4) On 26-04-2021 at 16:00 hrs, Kavitha R/o Dilshuknagar Hospital Handed over to Patrol-1 of Saroornagar PS

5).On 10-05-2021 at 15:00 hrs, Turka Eshwaramma W/o Rama Krishna age: 30yrs R/o Saroornagar

6). Yesterday at 1630 hrs, one person namely Pagadakula Shiva Kumar S/o Mallikarjun aged 26yrs, occupation: Business, resident of SBH Colony, Saidabad, tried to commit suicide by jumping into Saroornagar lake due to love failure. Immediately Eshwaraiah called Patrol-1 mobile and jumped into the lake without delay, but the person made hurdles to commit suicide but the home guard did not lose his efforts and fished out the suicide person from the lake, he had given first aid with his knowledge. Later the person got up and appreciated his efforts, and then the person was handed over to his brother.

On 29th May CP Rachakonda Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat IPS, DCP LB Nagar has felicitated GG Eshwaraiah with a cash reward. His name will be recommended for Prime Minister Life-saving medal.
