Rachakonda: On 17-10-2020 the sleuths of Balapur Police have executed Under Section 133 Cr.P.C. Proceedings against 3 houses in the limits of Balapur Police Station by the Honorable Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildar, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District which was being used for illegal activities.

- IH No. 15-184, Street No. 1. New Baba Nagar, Shaheen Nagar. Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District
- Plot No 245, Sy No 96, Biamillah colony, Shaheennagar, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District
- H No 10-134/12, Near Amina Masjid, Sadath Nagar, Errakunta, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District
Case No-1: The accused Magdoom Shareet Son of Magdoom Jabbar Shareet, aged 32 years, occ: Business Resident of Near Badi Masjid, Wade e Omer, Shaheen Nagar, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District who was indulging in the collection of PDS rice illegally from local beneficiaries had taken House No. 15-184, Street No. 1, New Baba Nagar, Shaheen Nagar, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District for rent, for six months he is collecting PDS rice at low cost and stored in the above-said house illegally in order to sell the same in Karnataka State at higher rates. The accused was arrested on 22.07.2020 and remanded to judicial custody
Case No-2: (Al) Syed Hyder Ali son of Syed Hassan Ali Farooq aged 24 years, occ: Business to Edi Bazar, Maswadi colony, Shanbagh, Hyderabad, (A2) Shaik Abdul Khadar e Abdul Qadir son of Shaik Tayyab Bawazeer aged 30 years, occ: Business to House No. 18-11-462. Barkas, Chandrayangutta Hyderabad, (A3): Habeeb Mujtaba Al-Hameed e Musthata son of Habeeb Abdul Rahman Al Hameed aged 32 years, occ: Business to House No. 18-10-51, Barkas, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad, (A4) Amer Bin Ahmed Bawazeer e Shaik Omer Bin son of Ahmed Omer Bawazeer aged 32 years, occ: Driver t/o House No. 18-10-149/A, Barkas, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad, and (A5): Abdullah son of Abdussamad aged 32 years, occ: Business resident of House No. 18-10-228, Barkas, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad were taken house vide Plot No. 245, Sy No 96, Bismillah colony. Shaheen Nagar, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and procured Gutkha manufacturing equipment and started manufacturing in the above-said house illegally On 24.8.2020 the accused persons were arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
Case No-3. The accused Syed Sajith, son of Syed Yousuf, aged 36 yrs, Occ: Auto driver, Resident of near Ameena Masjid, Sadiq Nagar, Bismillah Colony, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District who was indulging in the collection of PDS rice illegally from local beneficiaries had taken House NO 10-134/12, Near Amina Masjid, Sadath Nagar, Errakunta, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District for rent, and collected PDS rice on the direction of one Prakash and stored in the above-said house illegally in order to sell the same at higher rates On 22.7.2020 the accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
Subsequently made requisitions in each separately before the Hon’ble Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildar, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District for the execution of 133 CUP.C. proceedings to curb the illegal activities. Upon he executed Under Section 133 Cr.P.C. proceedings.
The seizure of the above-said houses was made under the direct supervision of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat, IPS. Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda Commissionerate under the direct guidance of Mr. Sunpreet Singh, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, LA Nagar zone, Sn M. Shankar, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Vanasthalipuram Division by Mr. B. Bhaskar, Inspector of Police and Balapur Police Station staff.
