Bilaspur: Mr. Dipanshu Kabra IPS, IG Bilaspur said that reports have come in that History Sheeter Vikas Dubey’s Mama and a close aid died in a clash with UP Police. About 20 plus persons have been taken into custody for further investigation. Further details are awaited. He said that the guilty won’t be spared and will be brought to book soon. All efforts are being taken to apprehend the accused.
