Cyberabad: The Cyberabad Police Vehicular Disinfection Drive was inaugurated today at Cyberabad CP Office by DCP Traffic Mr. SM Vijay Kumar, IPS., “With the instructions of Commissioner Of Police, Cyberabad Mr. VC Sajjanar, IPS., today vehicle sanitization was done with the help of Craft Detailing Services for the safety of Police officers, who work 24 hours in every corner of the state, DCP Traffic Mr. SM Vijay Kumar, IPS., said. In this drive Cyberabad Police today sanitized all kinds of police vehicles to arrest the infection of coronavirus. The Cyberabad police today sanitized 611 vehicles and all other remaining 846 vehicles will be sanitized till the 17th of this month for the safety of Police personnel. A total of 1457 vehicles will be sanitized in Cyberabad.
DCP Traffic Mr. SM Vijay Kumar, IPS., said this initiative is sponsored by Babukhan Property and Mr. Vara Prasad Reddy, Shanta Biotech. He extended his thanks to them and the CRAFT Detailing Services team represented by Iftekhar Ansari, Mohammed Suhail, Saif Khan & Reyhan Saif for taking this initiative in keeping the frontline warriors safe during these hard times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
ADCP CAR Headquarters Mr. Manikraj said Sanitizer has been sprayed in all the vehicles for the safety of officers and fellow citizens. He said that combating Corona Virus is a battle that should be fought by every citizen by staying at home and washing hands regularly. We have to win this war with each and every person’s coordination. The Disinfection & Sanitisation drive will happen over the course of 4 days, from Wednesday, July 13th Monday to July 16th. The vehicles in the Cyberabad Police fleet, 494 + four-wheelers, 47 Heavy vehicles & 916+ two-wheelers, will be meticulously sanitized by the skilled personnel of Craft who are lending their services for this initiative.
ADCP Admin Ms. Lavanya NJP said with the rising cases of COVID-19 in the state and city, the need to keep citizens safe is of paramount importance. Alongside healthcare & essential workers, the police force is one of the few groups that are both deployed on the front lines and at high risk for infection currently, she added. The first step to protecting them is to secure their modes of transport while on the official line of duty. By keeping the police vehicles properly disinfected, the chances of their vulnerability for infection can be reduced. The aim of this drive is to ensure the safety and security of our frontline warriors as they fight against this pandemic.
ADCP Crimes Ms. Indira said do not be afraid of the coronavirus, take precautions, exercise social distance, wear a mask, drink hot water, and take a diet rich in vitamins.
The Craft Detailing Service’s team said that they use Fortador Powered by the Lamborghini steam machine, which releases steam at temperatures as high as 140 degrees Celsius, effectively penetrating all contact surfaces and eliminating external contaminants like germs, bacteria & viruses.
