Cuttack: The Odisha Fire Services, Home Guards and Civil Defense are unique in the country with the dual mandate of conventional fire-fighting and multi-disaster. Today a review was done for our flood preparedness at Cuttack. This review was done to ensure that the Fire Services, Home Guards and Civil Defense are prepared to face any situation and deal with the same with efficiency.
