New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency announced Job notification to hire candidates who completed Any Graduate for the position of Assistant Sub Inspector.
The name of the recruiting Organization is the National Investigation Agency (NIA). The name of the Post is Assistant Sub-Inspector. There are only 29 vacant posts. The salary package is from Rs.29, 200/- to Rs.92, 300/- per month. The job locations are Chandigarh, Guwahati, Jammu, Ranchi, Cochin/Kochi/Ernakulum, Imphal, Jaipur, Lucknow, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. The last date to apply online is 6/11/2020.
The National Investigation Agency is inviting nomination for the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector on a deputation basis. The Classification of the post is General Central Service Group C’, Non-Gazette Non-Ministerial. The Scale of Pay: Pay Matrix Level-5 (Rs.29, 200/- to 92,300/-) (pre-revised PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800/-) with Grade Pay Rs.2800/-). DA, HRA, RWR and other allowances are as admissible under the Central Government orders from time to time. Special Security Allowance is 20% of basic pay.
The Eligibility Criteria for deputation/ absorption to NIA:
(a) The officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories:-
- i) Holding analogous post on regular basis. or
(ii) One rank up if, HCs (pay scale PB-I with GP 2400 — pre-revised) with 5 years regular services in the grade, and
(b)The essential educational qualification for the candidates is that they should have graduation from a recognized university.
- c) Experience of at least 02 years in the field of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work or operations, or information technology management.
Nature of duties: Accompany CIO (Chief Investigation Officer). Part of raid/ search/ seizure team. Securing the crime scene. Execution of summoning and warrant. Collection of intelligence. Ground verification of intelligence inputs. Guarding/ security of accused while in custody. Any other duty assigned by Superior Authority from time to time.
Deputation: The other terms and conditions of deputation will be governed as laid down in the Govt. of India, DoP&T 0M No. 6/08/2009-Estt (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 as amended from time to time.
