Arunachal Pradesh: Ms. Esha Pandey IPS said today celebrating one year of this historic day. The new campus of the 5th IRBN was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Mr. Prema Khandu in the presence of Hon’ble Home Minister Mr. Bamag Felix and the Director-General of Police Mr. R.P.Upadhyaya IPS. She said that it was a moment of pride for me as I took charge in the new office in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Hon’ble Home Minister, DGP, and Inspector General of Police.
