Meghalaya Senior Police Officers celebrated Constitution of India Day

Shillong: Mr. R. Chandranathan, IPS DGP, Mr. H. Nongpluh IPS ADG, and Mr. S.S. Kynjing, IPS IGP, and other senior officers observed the National Constitution Day today at Police Headquarters.
