Bengaluru: The Chandra layout police have arrested three people for stealing mobile and two-wheeler vehicles worth Rs.2.90 lakh. Eleven mobile phones and have been seized from the possession of the accused.
The accused Venkatesh, Hanumantha, and Srisha have been arrested.
On the morning of January 30, a man was walking near Nagarabhavi Circle when two strangers landed on a Honda Deo scooter and fled with the Samsung Galaxy Note-10 mobile phone, which cost Rs.20,000/-. The victim had lodged a complaint with Chandra layout police station.
The trio accused was arrested by the Inspector of Police, Mr. Brijesh Mathew, and the staff.
