Rachakonda: The sleuths of Hayathnagar Police on credible information arrested three accused in cheating and criminal breach of trust case. The accused A-1 took away an amount of Rs.50,57,690/- from JB infra real estate project company amount by deceiving the company management.
On 29.03.2021 at 08.00 hours one, Mr. Rahul Sheshidharan HR Manager of JB Infra real estate projects lodged a complaint at Police Station Hayathnagar, stating that their employee by name Neelapu Naveen Reddy fled away with the company cash of Rs.50,57,690/- which is in his safe custody, later he didn’t answer their phone calls and cheated them. Basing on the complaint a case was registered in Cr.No.221/2021 U/s 408,420-IPC.
The accused A-1 Neelapu Naveen Reddy (25) studied up to P.G (Diploma in Banking & Services in Bangalore, after completion of P.G in 2017, he joined as Assistant Manager in Axis Bank branch at Hyderabad Diamond point. During this period he was addicted to online games (rummy) and lost lakhs of rupees in online games, and faced a financial crisis. Thereafter he lost his bank job (Axis Bank) due to bad habits. In the month of June-2020, he joined in JB Infra real estate projects as Assistant Marketing Manager at Peddamberpet village of Abdullapurmet Mandal, after gaining trust from the management he made debts from his colleagues and lost in online games (Rummy) and online casino games.
In the midst of this on 23.03.2021 office amount of Rs.50, 57.690 was given to him to keep in safe custody and to hand over on the next day morning. After receiving said amount his thoughts gone whirl and decamped with that amount with an evil intention to spend that amount for his lavish needs. He has spent that amount on online Casino Game, and lost an amount of Rs.12,22,700/-. Later on the next day, he received repeated phone calls from his company managers asking to deposit the money. On that, he called his uncle named A2.Amith Reddy and explained about it, later both colluded and explained the situation and plan to A3 who is uncle of A I residing at Palasa and Al gave Rs.5,00,000/- to A-3 and the reaming amount was kept in his possession.
Later Al and A2 Amith Reddy went to Kolkata and Bhubaneswar and spent part of the amount on their lavish needs. Today i.e., 08.04.2021 at early hours Police Hayathnagar nabbed the above three persons at Peddamberpet. On inquiry with them, the accused confessed to have committed this offense.

A-1- Neelapu Naveen Reddy. S/o Ganapathi, age about 25 years, Occ: Pvt Job, Caste: Reddy, R/o Peddamberpet village of Abdullapurmet Mandal, R.R District, N/o Near Govt. Hospital, Tilak Nagar, Kashibuggo, Palasa, Srikakulam District of A.P State.
A2- Kocchina Amith Reddy. S/o Dhalaiah, age: 36 Years, Occ: Real estate business, R/o Near Govt. Hospital, Tilak Nagar, Kashibugga, Palasa, Srikakulam District of A.P.
A3- Bacchu Rama Krishna, S/o Chinna Reddy, age: 45 Years, Occ: Pvt Employee, Caste: Reddy. R/o Near Govt. Hospital, Tilak Nagar, Kashibugga. Palasa, Srikakulam District of A.P State.
The seized property by the police is Net Cash Rs. 28,69, 800/- and Cell phones – 3. The good work done by the team of Hayathnagar Police is appreciated by the superior officers for the arrest and recovery of money which is made under the direct supervision of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagawat.
