Madurai: The police of Madurai District police, to contain the spread of COVID-19 and to make the people aware of the pandemic initiated an awareness campaign. Following this campaign, the police met the public and created awareness about COVID-19.
On 17.06.2021 as per the orders of Madurai District Superintendent of Police Mr. V. Bhaskaran IPS, the police personnel across the district have met the public directly and made them aware of the severity of the Coronavirus, to follow the public curfew properly and not to come out unnecessarily.
