Hyderabad: This case was reported on 23.06.2021 at 22.00 hours at Humayun Nagar Police Station, which the complainant Mrs. Shahjahan Begum W/o Late Md Jahangir, Age: 46 years, Occ: House Wife, R/o. Humayun Nagar, Hyderabad stated that she is residing in the above address on 23-06-2021 at 17.30 hours she went to see and distribute her son’s wedding cards nearby her home. When she returned back home at about 21.30 hours she notices that her main door lock was broken and her Almirah was also opened with an iron rod. She noticed that cash of one lakh is missing and 3 Tulas of Gold which was kept for her son’s marriage. Hence she requested the kind officer to take the necessary action as per law. A case was registered and the investigation was initiated.
The arrested accused is Mohammed Ibrahim alias Mohammed Khalil alias Baba Shot S/o Late Mohammed Yusuf, Age: 44 years, Occ: Car Driver, Reshambagh, Golconda, Hyderabad.
Property Recovered: 03 Thulas gold ornaments, Net cash of Rs.10,000/-, Two Cell Phones CT 100 Bike Bearing registration No. AP-13-J-2275, Iron rod, one screwdriver, Torch Light, Hacksaw Blade frame Total Worth-Rs.1,45,000/-.
The accused Mohammed Ibrahim was born and brought up at Nampally, Hyderabad City. Since the income of the accused is very meager he had resorted to committing thefts to earn more money to lead a luxurious life. He has been indulging in series of property offenses by committing offenses HBs by Night, HBS by Day in the limits of Cyberabad and Hyderabad Police Commissionrates and is also involved in one murder case in the limits of Chandrayangutta. He was arrested and remanded in more than 50 offenses and sent to judicial custody. He was detained twice under PD Act i.e., 2016 & 2019 even though he did not change his attitude and continued his acts
The accused has 53 cases registered against him for various offenses. After released from jail in the month of April 2021 again he committed (2) property offenses under Humayun Nagar PS, Hyderabad City.
The accused was apprehended at Rethi gally, Golconda by the usage of technology & CCTV cameras. on thorough interrogation, the accused person Mohammed Ibrahim @ Mohammed Khalil @ Baba Shot confessed the above offenses and recovered intact Gold ornament 3 Tula’s, Net cash of Rs. 10,000/- Two Cell Phones and also one CT 100 Bike B.No. AP-13-J-2275, one Iron rod, one screwdriver, one Torch Light, one Hack saw Blade frame which was used in the commission of offense from the possession of the accused. The accused is being produced before Hon’ble Court.
