Nalgonda: Additional SP Mrs. Narmada IPS said that a blood donation drive was being organized at the district police office on Wednesday as part of the ‘Flag Day’ organized to commemorate the sacrifices of police martyrs. The blood donation drive as part of the Flag Day celebrations commemorating the sacrifices of the police martyrs was fully complied with by the COVID regulations.
She said steps have been taken to maintain compliance. She urged police officers and staff as well as the public to voluntarily participate in the blood donation drive. She suggested that only those with a 45-day period of receiving a negative report should participate in blood donation if any of those who wish to donate blood are infected with corona. She also asked those who had been vaccinated to donate blood 15 days after the second dose. Blood donors need a large number of partners.
