Hyderabad: The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team along with Kamatipura police and Drug Inspector apprehended three persons who were procuring and selling Nitravet and Alpracard Tablets without valid receipts to the needy customers at higher rates. The Police seized 405 Nitravet and Alpracard tablets. The accused were identified as Syed Masood Ali, Age 40, Syed Mohammed, Age 41, and Arun Karwa, Age 35.
The prime accused Syed Masood Ali(40) resident of Kamatipura is having 15 years of experience in a pharmacy, and running City Medical and General Store at Chandulalbaradhari, Kamatipura. As he knows that there is a huge demand for Nitravet tablets for consumption to drug-addicted customers. For which he hatched a plan to buy Nitravet and Alpracard Tablets and to sell the needy customers without prescription of doctors at high rates. Further, he contacted his friends Syed Mohammed(41) owner of A.H. Medical hall, Kalapather, and Arun Karwa(35) owner of Descent Pharma, Shalibanda to execute his plan and discuss procuring and selling of Nitravet and Alpracard Tablets illegally, for which they both also accepted. Further, Syed Masood Ali collected Nitravet and Alpracard tablets from Syed Mohammed and Arun Karwa as per the requirement of customers and selling tablets to the needy customers at higher rates and earning easy money.
On tip of information, the South Zone Task Force, Hyderabad along with Kamatipura Police and Drug Inspector of Charminar apprehended the above persons while they are selling the Nitravet and Alpracard Tablets to the needy customers. The Police seized 105 Nitravet -10 Mg Tablets, 90 Nitravet -05 Mg Tablets, 70 Nitrosun -10 Mg Tablets, and 140 Alpracard 0.25 and took them to Police Station, Hyderabad for further investigation.
