Siliguri: A Blood donation Camp “UTSARGA” an initiative of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal was organized by Siliguri Metropolitan Police supported by Paul P Harris Siliguri Rotary Blood Center at Siliguri Police Station today. The camp was inaugurated by Mr. Gaurav Sharma IPS CP Siliguri.
All ranks of the police force and some public donated blood and a total of 50 units of blood were collected and handed over to the Blood Bank.
We will hold “UTSARGA” Camps every week in all our police units. We firmly believe that every “Blood Donor is a Hero”, and urge everyone to come forward and Donate Blood to Save Lives.
