Hyderabad: The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone Team, Hyderabad, apprehended 3 persons by name Bora Santosh (23), Kollapeynindi Shoban Shiva alias Chinnu(21), and Nethala Vijay Kumar(25) who were found in illegal possession of Narcotic Drug; Weed/Hash Oil and selling the same to the needy customers at Rahmath Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad. The police seized 20 Bottles of Hash/Weed Oil, each bottle containing 5 ML, worth Rs.55,000/- from their possession.
All the accused persons are common friends they used to meet regularly at Rahmath Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad. They are addicted to bad vices such as Smoking Cigarettes and Ganja/Hash oil and consuming alcohol etc. In this process, they came into contact with the drug supplier Praveen who procure Weed/Hash Oil from the agency areas of Paderu village of Vishakapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh, and sell the same to needy customers. They also observed that most of the public earns money by selling Ganja & Hash/Weed oil at higher rates in Hyderabad. As such all the 3 accused persons hatched a plan to purchase Hash/Weed oil from Praveen and sell the same to the needy customers at higher rates.
They started purchasing Hash/Weed oil at the lowest price and selling the same to needy customers at higher rates and earning money illegally. The accused persons used to purchase 500 ML Weed/Hash Oil for Rs.40, 000/- and sell the same for Rs.2, 000/ to Rs.3, 000/- per 5ML. On 03.12.2021 Following a tip-off, West Zone Task Force Police laid a trap and apprehended the accused near Bangaru Maisamma Temple, Rahmath Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad, and seized the above-said material from the possession of accused persons. In this case, the accused Praveen, aged about 30 years, Supplier of Hash/Weed oil, R/o Kukatpally, Hyderabad, is at large.
The accused persons along with seized material were handed over to SHO, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, for further action.
The arrests were made under the supervision of Mr. P. Radha Kishan Rao, Dy. Commissioner of Police (OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, Mr. P. Rajesh, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team, and Sls Mr. N. Ranjith Kumar, Mr. P. Mallikarjun, Mr. Md.Mujaffar Ali, Mr. Sheik Kaviuddin, and staff of West Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
