Delhi: Mr. Vikas Vaibhav IPS, Currently posted as Special Secretary in Home Department, Government of Bihar, He has earlier served as DIG, ATS, Bihar, DIG, Eastern Range, Bhagalpur, and as SP/SSP in Patna, Bagaha, Rohtas, Purnea, and Darbhanga districts of Bihar and as SP, NIA, Delhi. Mr. Vikas Vaibhav IPS said I have reached New Delhi for a comprehensive discussion on the development of Entrepreneurship in Bihar under the “LetsInspireBihar” campaign. A one-day Bihar Entrepreneurship Convention is being organized by the Delhi-NCR chapter of the campaign at NDMC Convention Center.
