Odisha: The DGP of Odisha Mr. Sunil Kumar Bansal IPS visited Nuapada and reviewed COVID enforcement measures, LWE scenario, and preparedness for the upcoming panchayat election. Director Intelligence, IG operations DIG SIW accompanied. The SP Nuapada and other senior officers attended the review.
The DGP interacted with the SOG, DVF, and CRPF teams that took part in the operation on the borders of Odisha- Chhattisgarh. They put up a brave fight and inflicted damage on the Maoists. Senior officers of the CRPF were also present.
The DGP planted a sapling in the Reserve Police Lines. If everyone plants a tree we will be able to give a planet to future generations.
The DGP held Alochana Sabha with the police personnel of the Kalahandi district. Many of the issues raised were resolved. DGP also interacted with the SOG and DVF involved in EoF on 12/1.
The DGP along with Director Intelligence reviewed the LWE & crime situation and also preparedness for the upcoming 3-tier GP elections. SP Kalahandi made a detailed presentation.
