Nalgonda constituency legislator Kancharla Bhupal Reddy was the chief guest at the function held at the district police office on Saturday. She also said that the government would soon take note of the arrangements for the infrastructure of the district police department, police quarters under the rural police station, and arrangements for the modern construction of a traffic police station on Munugod Road and provide all possible assistance to the Nallagonda police department.
The district SP said that Nallagonda district is a duo of cannabis and narcotics eradication and public representatives, people, and youth of all villages in the district should co-operate. She said that marijuana and drugs were destroying the future of the youth and that it was the responsibility of all of us to make future citizens. Do not ruin the future of young people addicted to drugs. Looked at the youth. She said that the cooperation of the people’s representatives should be provided for this. She said youth clubs, colleges, educational institutions, and student police clubs would be set up in every village to provide training on cannabis, gutka, and narcotics. She said that most of the cannabis was being supplied to the district from AOB. She said cannabis outlets in the district have been identified and monitored from time to time. She said raids were being carried out within each police station and cases were being registered against cannabis and gutka dealers. She said that in the past, the accused were being monitored in the case of the supply of cannabis and narcotics, and if they were found to have supplied it again, the PD Act would be put in place. She said anyone involved in the supply and sale of cannabis and narcotics should inform the relevant police station and their details would be kept confidential.
