Siliguri: On 20.12.21 one E rickshaw (TOTO) belonging to Shibu Mandal of Netaji Colony, Bhaktinagar Police Station was stolen from Mahakalpally, Siliguri.
A case was registered at Siliguri Police Station and is being investigated by ASI Mr. Biswajit Saha.
During the investigation, the IO along with officers and men of Panitanki Town out Post arrested the culprit Biswajit Das alias Shewag of Dakhin Bharatnagar, Siliguri, and recovered the stolen E-rickshaw from his possession.
Today the E-rickshaw was handed over to its owner after completing the legal formalities.
The good work of ASI Mr. Biswajit Saha and the team of Panitanki TOP is much appreciated.
