Rachakonda: Rachakonda Police Commissionerate conducted 1 day workshop on Crypto currency. Block chain and Dark Web in collaboration with NDCRTC unit of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy. Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda inaugurated the session along with Mr.Arif and Mr. Mubarak of NDCRTC, purely focused on cybercrimes committed through Dark Web, Deep Web and Crypto currencies.
Commissioner of Police, Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS explained how the innocent citizens are being victimized by these “Virtual Zombies” in this modern era, he also asserted the officers of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate to get educated and specialize in dealing with these new challenges, he also cited a Cybercrime case pertaining to 1300 Bit coins misappropriation which took place in Maharashtra.
Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS stated that “Future Crime is Cyber Crime” and requested everyone to be safe while browsing the internet.
Later the Police Commissioner felicitated both the eminent speakers Mr. Arif and Mr. Mubarak and thanked them for sparing their valuable time.
