Hyderabad: Unemployed youth in Telangana, who are looking for government jobs, are getting job opportunities in the public sector.
The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board on Thursday issued two more notifications for direct recruitment for 677 constable posts in the Transport and Prohibition and Excise departments.
According to the notification, there are six posts of Transport Constable (HO) and 57 posts of Transport Constable (LC) and 614 posts of Prohibition and Excise Constable in the Excise Department.
Earlier, the board had issued four notifications for direct recruitment for 16,614 posts in the Police, Special Protection Force, Disaster Response and Fire Services and Prisons and Correctional Services. The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has also issued notification for 503 Group-I posts.
The recruitment notifications were issued as part of the state government’s announcement to fill 80,039 vacancies in various departments.
