Jalandhar: The Jalandhar Commissionerate Police today arrested Dangerous Gangster Pancham Noor Singh alias Pancham with a .32 bore pistol and 4 live rounds with great success. More than 10 cases have been registered against Gangster Pancham. Pancham is a notorious gangster who was wanted by the police in the Gopal Nagar shooting.
