East Godavari: In the wake of Army candidates calling for a “Bharat Bandh” against the Agneepath scheme, SP Mr. Aishwarya Rastogi, IPS, said they were taking strict security measures at all railway stations and government offices in the district to prevent any untoward incidents.
Speaking on the occasion, the SP said that all the police personnel should perform their duties very vigilantly. He also warned the people not to engage in any activities that could disrupt the peace in the name of the bandh.
