A meeting was conducted with officials of all the Departments and verified the security arrangements to be made at the venue which is at Parade Grounds, Secunderabad along with Mr.D.S. Chauhan IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police L&O Hyderabad, Mr. A V Ranganath IPS, Jt. CP Traffic of Hyderabad City, Mr. Gajarao Bhupal IPS, Jt. CP DD, Mr. N Prakash Reddy IPS, DCP Traffic1.
Hyderabad City Mr. B. Ajith Reddy Chief Executive Officer Cantonment Board Secunderbad, Mr. Venkateshwarlu, Addl. DCP of North Zone and ACP Begumpet. Mr. Arvind Dharmapuri, Member of the Lok Sabha and other BJP members also attended the meeting.
