East Godavari: Ramagani Neelaiah (25), resident of Dommeru(V) of Kovvuru(M) raped a minor girl in 2015.Upon the complaint given by the girl a case was registered in Kovvuru Police Station, arrested the accused and sent to remand. Accused was charge sheeted and with the effective trial of the case, Hon’ble Special Judge POCSO Cases Court, Eluru awarded life imprisonment and a fine of Rs.5000 to the accused.
