Guna: The complainant had lodged a report on 16 January 2020 at Madhusudangarh police station that his 16-year-old minor daughter had gone to another village to see the fair along with other women of the village. All the other women of the village came back from the fair but his daughter has not come back with them, whom he has searched at every possible place at his level but she has not been found anywhere. On the report, a case was registered against the unknown accused at Madhusudangarh police station and it was taken up for investigation.
By taking serious note of the cases of abduction and disappearance of minor children in the district by the Superintendent of Police, Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, under the guidance of SDOP Chachoda, Ms. Divya Singh Rajawat, Inspector Mr. Anoop Kumar Bhargava and in-charge of Madhusudangarh police station under the guidance of SDOP Chachoda, for their speedy handicrafts. His team intensively searched for the hijackers of the case.
For this, its informer system was activated and in this intensive raids were conducted using the technical resources of the police. As a result of which a team of police from Madhusudangarh police station immediately left for Jhalabad on receiving information about the kidnapper being under Jhalabad district of Rajasthan and from where the police, after a lot of understanding and hard work, on 23 July 2022, the kidnapping case was resolved. Along with this, the disputed juvenile who kidnapped the teenager has also been taken into custody. On the basis of the statements given by the victim girl to the police, the section POCSO Act was increased in the case and the delinquent juvenile taken in custody in the case was produced before the Honorable Juvenile Court, from where he has been sent to the Children’s Communication Home.
