Barwani: In view of the incidents of theft and robbery taking place in the district, Superintendent of Police Mr. Deepak Kumar Shukla IPS has directed all the station in-charges of the district to take action by forming a special team against the criminals related to property and to trace the unknown miscreants. Be very careful in following these instructions. Superintendent of Police Badwani Mr. R.D. Prajapati and SDOP under the guidance of Section Badwani Mrs. Ruprekha Yadav and under the leadership of Inspector Station-in-Charge Kotwali Badwani Mr. Shankarsinh Raghuvanshi, the police team of Police Station Kotwali Badwani has succeeded in arresting four members of the gang involved in robbery and vehicle theft. Along with this, the police team has also seized cash and cash worth about 23 lakh rupees from the accused.
As per the instructions of senior citizens, a special team was formed under the leadership of police station in-charge Kotwali for prevention of property related crimes and detection of unknown miscreants. On the basis of the information of the informer by the police team, continuous information was collected about the suspected miscreants of Barwani district. The team had received information from the informer that Dinesh Panchal and his accomplices were roaming around hiding their identities under suspicious circumstances. On information, the police team informed Dinesh Bharsing age 33 years, caste Bhil resident Koydiakhodara Barwani, Arjun Mahesh Vaskle, 18 years resident of Bada (Segaon) police station in Khargone, Ritesh Shobharam, age 19 years resident of Bada Segaon police station Un Khargone and Jitendra’s father Kishan Bhil. Village Bada Chowki Segaon police station Uno district Khargone was detained on 27 July 22 from Saigaon district Khargone. The accused Khuman’s father, Sadu Alaway, caste Bhil village, Bada outpost, Segaon police station, district Khargone, escaped from the spot. The search is on for the absconding accused person.
During interrogation, the accused along with their accomplices have admitted to committing incidents of robbery and vehicle theft from police stations Pati, Silawad, Julwania of district Barwani and Sengaon, Un Segaon, Kasrawad of district Khargone. Police remand was taken after arresting the accused and presenting them in the honorable court, after which the police seized 15 motorcycles, two tractors, four trolleys, two cultivators, one rotavator and 45 thousand cash total value of about 23 lakh rupees from the possession of the accused.
