Chittoor: Chittoor District conducts one day workshop on Cyber Crime Investigation and Cyber Security to equip Police Officers and Staff with expertise in order to acquire awareness and expertise in investigation and investigation of new and emerging cybercrimes as per the contemporary situation, to face cyber challenges effectively and to enable quick detection of crime. Police Training Center, Chittoor Nandu District SP Garu has started.
It is said that along with the life style of the people, the nature of crime is also changing, online frauds have become common in today’s life picture and everyone has been a victim of frauds at some point of time. The SP said that this workshop is being conducted to create awareness among the police officers and staff about such crimes and make them proficient in it.
Cyber Investigation and Security Workshop imparted awareness and training on web based crimes, e-mail based crimes, social media crimes, phone calls crimes, online monitoring. Additional SP Admin Mr. P. Jagadish, IPS, SDPO Chittoor Mr. N. Sudhakar Reddy, SB DSP Mr. V. Srinivasa Reddy, Mr. Ravi Prasad, Cyber Expert, Assistant Professor, CIs, SIs, IT core staff of Sri Kalahasti district and others participated.
