Siliguri: On 23.8.2022 acting on specific intelligence team of SOG and NJP Police Station arrested one lady namely Kamana Sarkar (23) w/o Parimal Sarkar of Jalpaiguri District at Noukaghat more under NJP Police Station observing all the guideline issued by the apex court.
On search 261 grams of Brown sugar was recovered from her possession. The search and seizure was done in accordance with the provisions laid down under the NDPS Act, in the presence of an Executive Magistrate.
Specific case under NDPS Act has been started.
