Rachakonda: The sleuths of CCS LB Nagar team along with Meerpet Police of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate have made sincere efforts on 03.09.2022 at morning hours apprehended three offenders under the suspicious circumstances under the limits of Meerpet Police Station. On questioning they revealed their names and also confessed the commission of this property offence and the stolen intact property was recovered from Hamdan Ashfaq(19) S/o Mohammed Ashfaq, Mohammed Aiyaz Khan(19), S/o Khalid Khan, Yaser Ulliman(19) S/o Khaiser Ulliman, all from Hyderabad. A case was registered at Meerpet Police Station.
Brief History of Accused: The offender Yaser Ulliman hatched a plan to commit theft in his uncle’s house, the complainant who was attending birthday function in his house at Kurmaguda, Saidabad, Hyderabad on 31.8.2022 and the same was intimated to his close friend Mohammed Aiyaz Khan. Then Mohammed Aiyaz Khan is intimated to his friend Hamdan Ashfaq. As per their pre plan Hamdan Ashfaq and Aiyaz Khan went to Sharief Nagar, Meerpet on Aiyaz Khan Honda Active bearing registration No. AP 11AS 6414. After reaching to complainant house Aiyaz Khan dropped Hamdan Ashfaq, while Aiyaz Khan was watching outside of house, then Hamdan Ashfaq entered into house by breaking the lock of window glass door. After entering into house opened the almiraha by using screw driver and committed theft of gold, silver ornaments, net cash, wrist watches and US Dollars.
Modus Operandi: As per the pre plan of Hamdan Ashfaq, Aiyaz Khan and Yaser Ulliman Hamdan Ashfaq wore the burqa and Aiyaz Khan drove the bike (Activa) and reached the complainant’s house and observed surroundings, after that Aiyaz Khan removed the burqa and threw away into bushes and Aiyaz Khan wore the Jerkin, while Aiyaz Khan was watching outside of the house and Hamdan Ashfaq had entered into the complainant house by breaking the lock of window glass door, after entering the house Hamdan Ashfaq opened the almiraha by using screw driver.
The Police seized the following property from the possession of the accused persons: Gold Ornaments weighing 36 Tuals worth Rs.19,80,000/-, Eight Wrist Watches worth Rs.7,00,000/-, Rado wrist watch worth Rs.3,50,000/-, US Dollars-405 worth Rs.32,000/-, Honda Activa Reg. No. AP 11AS 6414 worth Rs.70,000/-, One Samsung Mobile Phone worth Rs.70,000/-, and Sony Digital Camera worth Rs.1,00,000/-. All Worth Rs.33,02,000/-.
