Dindigul: On 5.9.2022, Syed Ibrahim (30) from Teresa Nagar, Kodaikanal, was arrested by the police of Kodaikanal police station last year on 16.11.2021 in Dindigul district, Kodaikanal, in a case of speaking inappropriate words to a female police officer who went for investigation.
While this case was proceeding in the Judicial Arbitration Court of Kodaikanal, Dindigul District Superintendent of Police Mr. V. Bhaskaran IPS, Inspector of Kodaikanal Police Station Mr. Bastin Dinakaran as per his instructions, Court Chief Constable Mr. Sundarapandian, and the Public Prosecutor Mr. Kumaresan with diligent efforts on 5.9.2022, Kodaikanal Judicial Arbitration Court-II Judge Mr. Karthikeyan sentenced the accused Syed Ibrahim to 6 years rigorous imprisonment.
