Rachakonda: As per the instructions of CP Rachakonda Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat IPS, Mr. Shiva Shanker, SHO Traffic Yadadri and team arranged stoppers on both sides of the Kolanupaka Culvert, and monitoring the situation time to time with the coordination of Alair Law & Order Police Station.
Today at about 16:30 hours one person by name Jula Srikanth(30) S/o Yellaiah, of Jangoan District slipped and fell down with his bike into the flowing water. Immediately the Traffic ASI Mr. P. Veda Vyas, PC Mr. Shaik Abdul Kalam and Crane driver Mr. MD. Hussain who were deputed to regulate traffic at the said place, immediately reached the place and rescued life of motorist with the help of villagers and L&O staff.
Now completely closed the Causeway with stoppers from both sides as water flowing is increased.
Mr. Mahesh M Bhagawat, IPS, ADG, Commissioner of Police Rachakonda appreciated Traffic Police, L&O Police and Villagers and announced reward to Traffic police Rachakonda.
