Gwalior : The Gwalior Police has secured second position in the CCTNS ranking of the month of January 2023. Additional Director General of Police/Inspector General of Police Gwalior Zone Mr. D.Srinivasa Verma had given guidelines to the concerned officers from time to time to maintain this ranking at a high position. Superintendent of Police Gwalior Mr. Amit Sanghi had also directed all the station in-charges of the district to take maximum action with quality on CCTNS. In which all the proceedings from the filing of the complaint of the complainant till the arrest of the accused and presentation of the challan in the court were entered online in the CCTNS system within the time limit. The Superintendent of Police had directed Additional Superintendent of Police City (South) Mr. Moti Ur Rahman to make him the nodal officer of CCTNS for continuous monitoring.
Working under his guidance, the Gwalior Police has secured the second position in the CCTNS ranking for the month of January 2023 in Madhya Pradesh. The Superintendent of Police, Gwalior, while congratulating the CCTNS team for the excellent work done by the district, has announced awards to be presented to them. The main reason for maintaining the ranking of the district at a high level is to enter the information of cases registered every month in CCTNS with quality in 16 different ways within the time limit. Additional Superintendent of Police City (South) is monitoring the operators running CCTNS in police stations of Gwalior district, as well as training them to improve the quality of information. In Madhya Pradesh Ratlam district got first and Gwalior district got second place and Mandsaur District and Satna District jointly got third place. Gwalior district was at first and second position in CCTNS ranking last year also. The CCTNS team had been working hard with dedication in Madhya Pradesh. Inspector Kuldeep Rajput, Souni (A) Sachindra Rawat, Pr.R.Asif Siddqui, Pr.R. Vijay Singh Sikarwar, Arvindra Bharadhaj, P.R. Kah Kashan Khan, R. Shivkumar Yadav, Pramoddubey, Hemraj, Priyankapandey and the CCTNS operator posted in the police stations of the district have played a special role.
