Meerpet : On 10.2.2023 at 08:30 hours, received credible information from Detective Inspector Meerpet and crime team apprehended the petty offenders turned to be house burglars at RN Reddy X road, Meerpet with help of technical evidence coupled with human Intelligence at Balapur X road by waylaying the suspects and recovered stolen properties at the instance of the accused on their confession. After completion of all legal formalities at 15:30 hours affected the arrest of accused and are being produced before the Honorable Court. The Following articles have been recovered from the instance of accused Persons: Gold omaments: 87 grams. Silver articles weighing 928 grams. One Sony Hand Camera, one Iron Rod, two motor cycle which was used in the commission of the offenses. All worth of Rs.8 Lakhs. The arrested accused persons are: Al- Munithan Akash Kumar alias Mittu(21) S/o Murali, Occ: Carpenter, R/o Narsimha Reddy Hostel at Langar house, Hyderabad N/o Ganga Apartments, Ganeshnagar colony. Ramanthapur, Amberpet, Hyderabad.
A2- Poloju Abhilash(24) S/o Chandrashekhar, Occ: TATA Ace Driver, R/o Erraboda, Upparpally, Attapur, Rajendra Nagar, RR District. A3- Chilukuru Sandeep Kumar(23) S/o Ramulu, Occ: Rapido Driver, R/o Erraboda, Upparpally, Attapur, Rajendra Nagar, RR District.
Brief History of Accused Persons: The accused Munithan Akash Kumar alias Mittu and Poloju Abhilash (A1 & A2) are habitual petty offenders and earlier, the accused Munithan Akash Kumar alias Mittu(A1) was arrested in POCSO Case from Rajendra Nagar Police Station and the accused Poloju Abhilash (A2) is apprehended in 6 petty (mobile snatching) property cases from LB nagar Police Station and he went to juvenile observation home. After they were released from jail/observation home they both got acquaintaned with Chilukuru Sandeep Kumar (A3) and addicted to bad vices like consuming liquor and smoking cigarette etc… due to financial problems they hatched a plan to commit house burglary offences. As per their plan, they committed 1house burglary by Night offence in the limits of Meerpet police station of Rachakonda Commissionerate. Modus Operandi of the accused: The Modus Operandi of the accused is that, they moved in colonies during night hours on their motor cycle and selects the locked houses and enters into the houses by breaking open the main door locks and Hooks and also opens the almirah and commits theft of Gold, silver omaments, cash from the houses and flees away.
Brief Facts of the Case: On 30.01.2023 during night hours the complainant by name Mr. Erram Sathish(50), S/o Subramanyam, Caste: Naidu, Occ: Central Govt. Employee, R/o Laxminagar, RN Reddy Nagar, Meerpet, Ranga Reddy district, along with his family went to Sri Thirumala Thirupathi Temple, Andra Pradesh duly locking their house and on 5.2.2023 at abut 08:00hrs, they returned back home and found that some unknown offenders gained entries into his house by breaking open the door lock and committed theft of gold items such as Gold black bead chain, ear tops, Necklace, Gold chain, his daughter’s ear tops-2 pairs, two rings, ear rings -2 pairs, Laxmi rupulu total weight-15 thulas, and silver items such as Kundenalu, plates, Gods figures, Gandam bowls, bowl and spoons – total weighing 70 thulas from the bedroom bureau. Hence the complainant requested to take necessary action about the above incident. The accused Chilukuru Sandeep Kumaar previously was involved in a case under POCSO Act of Rajendra Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad. The accused Munithan Akash Kumar alias Mittu who was previously involved in Cr.No. 423/2016 U/sec. 379 IPC of PS LB Nagar.

Commissioner of Police, Vanasthalipuram Division, by Mr. M Mahendar Reddy Inspector of Police, Mr. R Saidulu, Detective-Inspector of Police, Mr. Narsing Rathod, DSI, Ms. Susheela WASI, Mr. Prasad, HC-‘s Mr. PN Karan, Mr. K.Shekar, and PC’s Mr. A. Shivaraj, Mr.P Yellaiah, Mr. Anilraj. Mr. Saiyesh, Mr. Bharath & SPO Ms. Aruna of Meerpet Police Station. The Commissioner Of Police appreciated the good work done by the Meerpet Police and they are being rewarded suitably.
