Gwalior : Cyber awareness campaign is being conducted in the district on the instructions of Superintendent of Police Gwalior Mr. Amit Sanghi. Under this awareness campaign, Additional Superintendent of Police (East/Crime) Mr. Rajesh Dandotia has so far organized 93 cyber awareness seminars in various schools/colleges and institutions of Gwalior district, besides doctors, bank employees, students and their families. The business class, common people and army personnel have been made aware to prevent cyber crimes, cyber crime awareness campaign is being run continuously in the district by them. In this sequence, on February 23, Mr. Rajesh Dandotia went to “Rise International School” located at Sirol Road, Gwalior and informed the students and school staff about the cyber crimes happening at the present time and how to prevent them from cyber fraud. Self-defense can be done, and detailed information was given regarding this, as well as the children were motivated to move forward. During the awareness programme, 150 students and teachers were present in “Rise International School”.
The Additional Superintendent of Police City (East/Crime) went to Rise International School in Gwalior city and informed the students about what is cybercrime and how to stay safe from cybercrime happening in the present times. It was also informed about how to avoid online fraud and told not to open any unknown video call or message link coming on mobile, nor give your personal or bank related information to anyone. He told that nowadays cyber fraudsters are doing online fraud in the name of sending messages regarding payment of electricity bill, updating credit card/KYC and winning prizes. If any fraud happens to you, then it should be immediately reported to the cybercrime cell of the police. During the program, the Additional Superintendent of Police told the teachers present that they should motivate their students to move forward because your encouragement creates the spirit to move forward in the students. Told the students present that the students who are not able to get good marks even after studying and are broken due to failure, sometimes they need motivation, which inculcates the spirit of moving forward in the student. He said that if you want to move forward in life, never depend on anyone, because only those who stand on their feet get the destination. He inspired the students to move forward by giving a motivational speech.
