The involvement of Juveniles in drug trafficking is a serious cause of concern. In the evening of 16.3.2023 the Special Narcotics Police Station team seized 67.41 grams of heroin packed in 5 soap cases from the possession of one Juvenile, a resident of Champhai Vengthar at Bungbangla, Aizawl District. Special Narcotics Police Station registered a case under ND&PS Act, 1985. The accused is being produced before Juvenile Justice Board (JJB). The Police team involved in the arrest of the Juvenile with the drugs was appreciated for the good work done.
