Guna: In Guna, the Superintendent of Police, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sagar, has taken a sensitive approach to cases of missing or kidnapped minor boys and girls in the district. He has issued strict instructions to his subordinates to take prompt action and do everything possible to locate and return missing children to their families. Furthermore, he has announced a reward of Rs. 10,000 for any information that leads to the safe return of missing minors.
Recently, on the night of April 2-3, 2023, a 15-year-old minor girl was reported missing from the Vijaypur police station area in the district. The case was registered at the Vijaypur police station and taken into consideration under the instructions of the Superintendent of Police. The SDOP Raghogarh Mr. G.D. Sharma and Vijaypur police station in-charge inspector Juber Khan, along with their team, immediately got involved in the search for the abducted girl.
Using their informant system and technical resources, the police searched tirelessly for the girl, and within just five hours of the case being registered, they were able to safely return the abducted girl to her family members. This quick action and resolution of the case was a direct result of the Superintendent of Police’s prompt and sensitive approach to cases involving missing minors.
The actions taken by the Guna police in this case demonstrate their commitment to protecting the safety and well-being of the citizens in their community, particularly minors who may be at risk. Their efforts in promptly resolving this case and safely returning the missing girl to her family are commendable and serve as an example for other law enforcement agencies to follow.
