Mavelikkara: It gives me great pleasure to share my experience working at Mavelikkara police station since 2019 said Mr. Prathap Menon Administrator of the Mavelikkara Police Station. During my time here, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the most dedicated and hardworking individuals, who have made my journey an unforgettable one.
One of my most notable accomplishments during my tenure at Mavelikkara police station was the creation of a Facebook page, which has now grown to have over 23,000 followers. This achievement was made possible thanks to the recommendation of the then Cl, Vinod Sir. I am proud to say that this is the most popular police page in Alappuzha district.
Under the guidance of the current Cl, Sreejith Sir, I have been instructed to maintain the same level of standards and commitment that I have displayed since my arrival. I have taken this directive seriously and have always strived to uphold the high level of professionalism that is expected of us.
During the lockdown period, the residents of Mavelikkara came together to celebrate Onam, and they organized fig tree and rope pulling events that were a testament to their spirit of sportsmanship. Witnessing this kind of unity was a humbling experience and has made me proud to have been a part of this community.
I understand that everyone in any line of work will face challenges at some point, and I have faced them too. But overcoming these challenges is part of the job, and it is the support of colleagues, community, and family that helps us navigate them.
As I bid farewell to Mavelikkara police station and embark on a new chapter in my career at Viyapuram station, I extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has made my journey here a memorable one. I humbly request for continued support to Mavelikkara police station and the dedicated officers who work tirelessly to keep our community safe.
