South Goa: An extensive awareness program was organized throughout the southern district in observance of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. The program encompassed numerous institutes, schools, and public places, aiming to educate and inform individuals about the detrimental effects of drug consumption. This initiative sought to create a significant impact by disseminating crucial information and promoting a greater understanding of the dangers associated with illicit substances. By conducting the program in diverse settings, including educational institutions and public spaces, it maximized the outreach and ensured that people from various backgrounds could benefit from the knowledge shared. Ultimately, this comprehensive campaign aimed to contribute to the prevention of drug abuse and the reduction of illicit drug trafficking in the community.
